Returns Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, the following terms apply:

1. Right to Cancel

   • You have the right to cancel your order within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods without providing any reason.

   • To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (via email at info@scottishgolfphotography.com) within the cancellation period.

2. Condition of Returned Goods

   • Goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.

   • We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned goods are not in a resaleable condition.

3. Return Costs

   • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you use a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

4. Refunds

   • Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 14 days.

   • Please note that any original delivery charges are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Goods

   • If the goods you receive are damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. In such cases, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Exclusions

   • Please note that personalised, custom, or made-to-order items are exempt from the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
